Sickness and Disease is nothing more than imbalance. Correct the imbalance(s) and your odds of recovery and long term health dramatically increase!
1. ADMIT and Take Responsibility
Health is not just about what we eat or drink, but it often begins with a change in thinking.
This is where the rubber definitely meets the road!
First, you have to take responsibility for your personal health care. If you have health issues OR are aging too fast, YOU MUST ADMIT YOU PROBABLY DID IT TO YOURSELF. Yes, it’s true. Harmful dietary choices and poor lifestyle habits eventually take their toll.
Secondly, there is a secret ingredient, the magic sauce that makes it all come together … and without it, a person will most likely stumble, fall, and fail in their attempts to move forward with lasting change.
What is the magic sauce, it’s a made-up mindset with an emotionally-driven why. HOW BADLY DO YOU REALLY WANT TO BE WELL, energized, and fit? This takes a change in thinking, and when this occurs, you will become unstoppable at achieving your desired goals.
You’ve admitted you are your own problem, and you have the drive to make lifestyle changes. Now let everything you thought to be true about health, diet, and lifestyle go by the wayside … its time to acquire new information, develop new habits, and experience how they transform your health and life.
An important factor in this new journey is to connect with and learn from like-minded people. Will power is never enough and usually produces self-defeat. A person is 7-8 times more likely to succeed and achieve a well-balanced life if they have peer support.
2. STOP What You are Doing that Created the Problem
Often, it’s not about what to eat or take, but about what to STOP! When you take responsibility, admit you are the problem, and commit to making changes the first thing you must do is STOP eating and doing all things that created the problem in the first place!
This includes soda, french fries, chips, bread, pizza, sugar, cheese, milk, chips, cookies, alcohol, pasta, meat, stimulants like coffee, energy drinks or alcohol, and other addictions, like eating late or running to the fridge every time you feel stressed out.
The elimination/reduction of specific foods and habits that create health problems is where most people get tripped up. This is why you must have a strong enough ‘why’, a strong enough desire for true change and better health.
3. CLEAN up Your Body, Mind, and Life
This involves cleaning up all the debris and toxic material that is clogging up your filtering system, arteries, and organs. It can include dead cells, parasites, the mucoid plaque in your intestines, all the toxic crap stored in your cells, calcium and cholesterol buildup in your joints, brain, and arteries, and all the goo in your blood, liver, and kidneys.
If you have a fishbowl with sick fish in it, it’s most likely due to their environment, meaning the water they are swimming in. If your fish are getting sick, you wouldn’t vaccinate or put them on a prescription. Those do nothing to clean up the toxic water they are swimming in. The internal terrain of your body is no different.
There are foods and herbs, along with protocols, to clean up your internal environment, which includes beginning with your colon and liver, while also doing the housekeeping necessary to clean up your kidneys, arteries, toxins stuck in cells and organs, and yes, even doing an oil change!
You can’t do this in a few days. It will most likely take a month or two or longer to get all the bad stuff out. You may feel worse for a while, but once you achieve this, it is astonishing how good you will feel and look.
Cleaning up the body also is about clearing out pent-up emotions, negative energy, and toxic thoughts. If you hold any unforgiveness toward others or yourself, you must be set free from this enslavement that destroys the health of your body. Unforgiveness, judgmental attitudes, fear, and pride all create stress. Stress triggers your sympathetic nervous system which causes a person to think irrationally and throw common sense out the window. Once you become a victim, blood flow changes, hormonal imbalances become common, cellular mutation begins, and of course, immunity nose dives.
Along with forgiveness, I strongly urge you to avoid watching and reading the news … I guarantee you, your health will improve if you avoid these. They are toxic activities, that create more fear and concern, and are filled with bias or false information.
4. REBUILD by Replacing the Old with Good Stuff
Food is more than just fuel, it’s information. It should provide cellular nutrition that supplies every cell with the nutritional building blocks for life. It should provide information in the form of phytonutrients, enzymes, amino acids, glucose, vitamins, minerals, and trace minerals. These are all necessary and required on a daily basis for a vibrant, healthy life.
To rebuild correctly, the foods you consume must contain ‘nutritional life’ that meets God’s design of your physical needs. It often involves specific nutrients to correct deficiencies, and possibly rebuilding your adrenals due to stress overload.
I recommend eating only a plant-based diet, full of fresh organic or wild picked raw food during the rebuilding phase. This isn’t as hard as some of you may think.
Give yourself a chance, and experience what others have found to be the best choice they ever made.
It’s also vital to give the body the fundamental, foundational elements that so many are deficient in. When you correct the deficiencies with the right raw materials you trigger the body’s intelligence to repair and heal optimally. In doing this on a consistent basis, you can reduce your biological age!

Over 34 years ago, God placed in David a passion for natural health and the prevention of disease. Today, as a certified health consultant, and for the last 34 years, he has lived a natural food lifestyle and discovered simple, key components for living a life of health and vitality.
One of the early things David realized is that disease was NOT the result of a drug deficiency. And that our dietary choices and lifestyle habits greatly affect our cellular structures and gene expression. As a result, we are either aging too fast and breaking down, or we are repairing, building up, and staying strong and fit.
David believes there is nothing more important than to live within God’s blueprint for one’s life … physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Each of us has been given specific gifts, talents, and purposes that are to be lived out on a foundation of faith in Him and His Word.
“Often our health is put on the back burner of life until an unwanted and unnecessary diagnosis or health issue arises. Then we are forced to pay attention. But how we approach those health issues determines whether we overcome them, accept and live with them, or die prematurely with them.”
