Great Exercise for Healthy Cellular Structures – Rebounding
Visit: Cellerciser Website
One of the best exercises a person can do for their overall health, and building strong cellular structures is Cellercising®, also known as rebounding.
Unlike jogging, walking, bicycling, weightlifting, Cellercise® is isotonic, isometric, calisthenic and aerobic all in one!
ISOTONIC: Moving up and down on the Cellerciser® is a full-body weight bearing activity and strengthens muscles, connective tissue, ligaments, and bones.
ISOMETRIC: By altering the angle of the body, specific cells resist “G-Forces.” This tightens, lifts and tones internal organs, muscles, even skin cells.
CALISTHENICS: Different techniques will target every part of the body, including thighs, knees, hips, buttocks, waist, stomach, arms, chin, and intestines.
AEROBIC: For 10 minutes a day, you can challenge every cell in your cardiovascular pulmonary system. You don’t need 20 minutes…cells don’t have watches.
Cellercising® is One of the Best Exercise for Stimulating the Lymphatic System
The lymphatic system purifies, cleanses, and flushes the body of waste.
The body has more lymph fluid than blood. It delivers nutrients to parts of the body the blood cannot reach. It also houses white blood cells and assists the immune system. It is also responsible for removing excess fluid, dead blood cells, pathogens, cancer cells, acids, and toxins out of the body.
Though the blood system has a pump, the lymphatic system does not. It requires movement in order to stimulate and move lymph fluid.
To emphasize the benefit of moving the lymphatic system, within the lymph fluid are lymphocytes. These are white blood cells, such as T-cells, B-cells, and natural killer cells. These have the ability to eat up toxins and cancer cells. Maximizing their efficiency through proper stimulation of the lymph system can have a major effect on fighting disease.
Rebounding or Cellercising®
Cellercising® tones and builds muscle, supports bowel function, improves flexibility, and stimulates and exercises (oscillates) our 75-100,000 trillion cellular structures.
Rebounding supports internal cleansing and renewing of cells. It increases circulation and is like an internal massage.
What is the difference between a rebounder and a Cellerciser®? The Cellerciser® is a rebounder, but its construction is superior to conventional rebounders. Its design (the springs, frame and bouncing material) prevents damage that often occurs with cheaper made products.
David Hall, the founder of Cellercising®, discovered that instead of lifting weight away from gravity, one can increase the weight of gravity and supply it to every single cell of the body – all at the same time. An exercise that applies weight and movement to every cell causes the entire body, its parts, and functions to become stronger, more flexible, and healthier.

Cellercising – A Full Workout (A Must Watch):
An exercise that targets, not only every cell in the body but specifics, such as cellulite and improving intestinal integrity (and so much more!):
Cellercising® flexes cells over 100 times a minute. It’s exercising not only on a muscular level but also on a cellular level, causing muscles to expand and contract, as well as, cells to expand and contract. Cellercising® targets all areas of the body at the same time.
As we Cellercise® the cells get bigger and stronger. At the bottom of the bounce, every cell in the body is stimulated, exercised, and strengthened along with internal organs, veins, capillaries, bones, connective tissue, and skin. It strengthens the bowels and helps improve digestion.
Half the time spent on a Cellerciser®, the body is not being subject to the pull of gravity, thus every cell receives a reverse effect or positive stress.

Personal Experience
I have owned a Cellerciser® for almost 20 years. Rebounding is a key component of the exercise program. I choose a Cellerciser® over other rebounders for several reasons:
-
I was impressed with Dave Hall and what he accomplished by using it
-
I liked his patented springs which are made in such a way that they adjust somehow (I don’t know the technical ins and outs), so that whether its a 100 or a 300-pound person, the Cellerciser® functions appropriately for one’s weight range.
-
The unit folds up and can be easily transported.
-
In addition, I recommend purchasing a rebounder with the bar. It can be used to stabilize a person and used to do different exercises.
There are other good rebounders on the market. Avoid the cheap ones. A good quality rebounder runs from around $400-$500.
You can purchase the unit with or without a hand stabilizing bar – I recommend with the bar, it will allow you to maximize various exercises.

Certified Health Consultant
Author
David spent over 27 years in the mortgage/real estate business. But 33 years ago, God re-directed his life and placed in him a passion for natural health and prevention of disease. Today, David is a certified health consultant, and for the last 33 years has lived a natural food lifestyle and discovered simple, key components for living a lifestyle of health and vitality. One of the early things David realized is that disease was NOT the result of a drug deficiency. And that everything we think, say, and consume or are exposed to in some manner or another either supports our cellular structures or causes them to age faster and breakdown.
David believes there is nothing more important than to live within God’s blueprint for one’s life. Each of us has been given specific gifts, talents, and purpose that are to be lived out on a foundation of faith in Him and His Word.
“It saddens me to see people suffering, frustrated, or discouraged with life … and fall into the rut of living, unable to reach their full potential: spiritually, emotionally, physically, and financially. I think it’s also a travesty in this country people that are not educated in personal health care, nor in how to protect their privacy, assets, and often liberties. God has designed us to live amazing lives, and sometimes it just helps to find someone who will come alongside and provide the hope and direction needed at that moment. It’s about bringing together your personal and business aspirations into a balanced vision for your life, aligned with His Word.“
“Bottom line, what balance do you need to bring to your life, what type of life do you desire to create that enables you to be all you can be and live a life with no regret – a life that produces a faithful servant?”
