Energy Booster Guaranteed!
We often hear people complain about not having enough energy. Now, I’m not talking about feeling tired at the end of a long, busy day …
I’m talking about feeling sluggish, or having a lack of focus or motivation halfway through the morning or afternoon when you need to be at the top of your game.
Many turn to caffeine for a quick fix, but quick fixes don’t last and often in the long run wear down the adrenals. And if it’s not caffeine, its often sugar we turn to, but again its only a quick burst of energy … we are just postponing a bigger crash later.
What can we do to regain focus, motivation, or increase our energy so we can perform our best?
Try taking a break and pay someone a genuine compliment … it doesn’t cost any money, and more than that, it will BOOST YOUR ENERGY!
Whether you are at work, at the grocery store, restaurant, or at home, you can do it just about anywhere. Tell a coworker they are doing a fantastic job, compliment someone on what they are wearing, or thank someone for something they do or have done.
It can be the complete stranger or someone you know.
Get in the habit of also smiling at people when you are out and about … its another way of recognizing someone, and you’ll almost always get a smile in return, and a surge of energy within.
These expressions of gratitude and appreciation are far better and healthier for your body than any caffeine or sugar quick fix. Not only will you boost your energy, but you’ll make someone else’s day much better as well!
So let me start the ball rolling by saying that “I appreciate you”… now it’s your turn to pass it forward, TODAY! You’ll boost your energy, and who knows … you might just enjoy this so much that it becomes an addictive behavior that defines who you are!
Remember, health is wealth, and anything we can do that is wealth-building is worth doing well.

Certified Health Consultant
Author
David spent over 27 years in the mortgage/real estate business. But 33 years ago, God re-directed his life and placed in him a passion for natural health and prevention of disease. Today, David is a certified health consultant, and for the last 33 years has lived a natural food lifestyle and discovered simple, key components for living a lifestyle of health and vitality. One of the early things David realized is that disease was NOT the result of a drug deficiency. And that everything we think, say, and consume or are exposed to in some manner or another either supports our cellular structures or causes them to age faster and breakdown.
David believes there is nothing more important than to live within God’s blueprint for one’s life. Each of us has been given specific gifts, talents, and purpose that are to be lived out on a foundation of faith in Him and His Word.
“It saddens me to see people suffering, frustrated, or discouraged with life … and fall into the rut of living, unable to reach their full potential: spiritually, emotionally, physically, and financially. I think it’s also a travesty in this country people that are not educated in personal health care, nor in how to protect their privacy, assets, and often liberties. God has designed us to live amazing lives, and sometimes it just helps to find someone who will come alongside and provide the hope and direction needed at that moment. It’s about bringing together your personal and business aspirations into a balanced vision for your life, aligned with His Word.“
“Bottom line, what balance do you need to bring to your life, what type of life do you desire to create that enables you to be all you can be and live a life with no regret – a life that produces a faithful servant?”
