An Invaluable Principle of Health
If there is one message regarding one's health that I could drill into the hearts and minds of every person living, it is this:
Symptoms are not minor issues. Symptoms are red flags of something greater happening within the body, underneath the surface you can't see.
The tip of an iceberg is visual, but it's only a fraction of its whole. Underneath the water is a massive block of ice. It can't be seen from the surface, but it's there!
Symptoms of low energy, excess stress, weighty gain, sugar and carb cravings, and even conditions such as high blood pressure, autoimmune issues, and other discomforts are indications of something else happening within the body.
We often accept or look upon symptoms as normal, not understanding the seriousness of what they lead to, and what could develop in the years ahead.
It's those things within, the block of ice inside us, that cause us to experience so many unnecessary, chronic health issues.
But the good news is, we can change direction and re-route our lives and health.
I encourage you to take a good look at the direction you are headed, and if you know you are headed down the wrong road, and need to be re-routed, then make the decision today ... to begin chipping away at, and melting the block of ice inside you.
As the block of ice goes away, symptoms begin to disappear. And that's EXCITING !!

On a personal note, if you feel trapped in a body that can’t seem to lose weight, or overcome your desire for sugar, I want to give hope. With the right program, right steps, support, and accountability you can overcome these. I’m living proof and thousands of others are doing it as we speak.
“Put the odds in your favor and make the choice this year to become the best and healthiest version of YOU!”
A person who has their health
. . . has a thousand dreams!
The person who doesnt, has only one!

David Cooley
Certified Health Consultant
Author
David spent over 27 years in the mortgage/real estate business. But 33 years ago, God re-directed his life and placed in him a passion for natural health and prevention of disease. Today, David is a certified health consultant, and for the last 33 years has lived a natural food lifestyle and discovered simple, key components for living a lifestyle of health and vitality. One of the early things David realized is that disease was NOT the result of a drug deficiency. And that everything we think, say, and consume or are exposed to in some manner or another either supports our cellular structures or causes them to age faster and breakdown.
David believes there is nothing more important than to live within God’s blueprint for one’s life. Each of us has been given specific gifts, talents, and purpose that are to be lived out on a foundation of faith in Him and His Word.
“It saddens me to see people suffering, frustrated, or discouraged with life … and fall into the rut of living, unable to reach their full potential: spiritually, emotionally, physically, and financially. I think it’s also a travesty in this country people that are not educated in personal health care, nor in how to protect their privacy, assets, and often liberties. God has designed us to live amazing lives, and sometimes it just helps to find someone who will come alongside and provide the hope and direction needed at that moment. It’s about bringing together your personal and business aspirations into a balanced vision for your life, aligned with His Word.“
“Bottom line, what balance do you need to bring to your life, what type of life do you desire to create that enables you to be all you can be and live a life with no regret – a life that produces a faithful servant?”
